7-Day Return Policy

Any physical damage or visible issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.

Warranty Coverage — Up to 3 Years

After the initial 7-day period, all warranty claims must be supported by a diagnostic report and corresponding proof of the issue. Our warranty covers up to 3 years, providing you with long-term confidence and protection.

30-Day Installation Concerns

Any issues identified during or immediately after installation must be reported within 30 days of delivery for warranty validation.

Labor Exclusions

Our warranty strictly applies to covered parts. Labor charges are not included unless explicitly stated in writing or covered under a separate, paid warranty agreement.

Warranty Coverage Details

Our warranty applies to the core internal components of the engine, including blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, and other key internal parts.

Peripheral components such as sensors, switches, belts, hoses, manifolds, water pumps, oil pans, gaskets, and turbos are provided at no additional cost for your convenience but are not covered under warranty. If necessary, these external parts should be transferred from your original engine during installation.

Conditions That Void the Warranty

  • Failure to follow the Pre-Installation Guide or provide verified installation receipts.
  • Evidence of overheating or insufficient lubrication damage.
  • Any unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications made to the product.
  • Missing or damaged heat tabs, which are used to verify overheating incidents.
  • Failure to perform and document comprehensive troubleshooting steps to confirm that the issue originates from the purchased merchandise.
  • Returned merchandise that is not in its original condition as delivered.
  • Failure to install a new water pump during engine installation, along with missing purchase or installation receipts for verification.
  • Retaining defective merchandise for more than 15 days after issue identification, which can eliminate the possibility of recovery and render the warranty void.

Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy

  • Shipping Costs: All warranty-approved returns are fully covered by MotorVault. Customers will not be charged for return shipping associated with valid warranty claims.
  • Warranty Replacement Policy: We value the opportunity to make things right. Customers are expected to allow MotorVault at least one opportunity to resolve any concern through a warranty replacement. Refusing a warranty replacement for an approved claim on the first instance will result in a 25% restocking fee.
  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing a new order are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already been shipped, a round-trip shipping cost will also apply in addition to the restocking fee.
