These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MotorVault products, services, and website. By placing an order with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Payments
- All orders placed with MotorVault are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Prices listed on our website are in the specified currency and may change without notice.
- Full payment must be received before any order is shipped.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or inaccurate pricing.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Delays, if any, will be communicated promptly.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. MotorVault is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
- Please do not refuse delivery. If visible damage occurs, note it on the delivery receipt so an insurance claim can be filed within the carrier’s deadline.
3. Returns, Refunds & Warranty Claims
- Our Returns & Warranty Policies govern all claims.
- Customers must follow MotorVault’s pre-installation checklist to validate warranty.
- Shipping costs for warranty-approved returns are covered by MotorVault.
- A 20% restocking fee applies for denied warranty replacements or order cancellations after 24 hours (plus round-trip shipping if already shipped).
- Defective merchandise must be returned in the original delivered condition before replacements or refunds are issued.
4. Warranty Coverage
- MotorVault warranties cover only essential internal engine and transmission components as described on our Warranty Policy Page.
- Labor costs, towing fees, transportation costs, and indirect damages are excluded unless specified in writing.
- Failure to follow installation, maintenance, or fluid requirements, or unauthorized modifications, voids the warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability
MotorVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products. Our liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product under warranty.
6. Compatibility Guarantee
We guarantee that the part you purchase from MotorVault will fit your vehicle as described. Any mismatch will be resolved promptly per our Returns Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the MotorVault website—including logos, images, product descriptions, and text—is property of MotorVault and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected and used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
