Photo Request & Approval: If you would like to receive detailed pictures of the specific engine allocated to your order, please email your request to sales@motorvault.us. Shipping Approval: Upon receiving your photo request, we will send you the images for review. We will only proceed with shipping after we receive your explicit approval of the pictures. Packaging & Guarantee: Once approved, the engine is carefully dismantled, professionally secured on a sturdy wooden pallet, and shipped in excellent working condition. All engines are covered by our full money-back guarantee.

  • Is delivery available to residential addresses?

    Yes, we proudly offer delivery to both commercial and residential locations throughout our service area. Commercial (Registered Business) Delivery Fee: $100 Residential or Non-Registered Business Delivery Fee: $200 Why the difference? Deliveries to residential or non-registered commercial sites require specialized handling and the use of smaller, more maneuverable trucks with limited capacity. This additional logistical effort is reflected in the residential/non-registered delivery fee.

  • Do you provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the donor vehicle for the part I am purchasing?

  • Shipped Order Modifications & Cancellations

    Should a cancellation request be submitted 24 hours post-purchase and after the item has entered the shipping phase, the following deductions will apply: a 30% restocking fee and the cumulative round-trip shipping expenses.
